Trying out some colours tests with an image I’m working on. Experimenting with detail helps me see what the final imagery could look like, and also let’s me manipulate the chosen colours in various ways.  Personally I really like the blue against the brown but the gold is just rubbish.

MONSTER UPDATE! Now for the first time ever, you can see the entire cave temple sequence in a single post, for your viewing convenience.

Considering I’ve never really coloured anything before, and have always sucked at lighting, I’ve been really proud of how this has all turned out.

Brilliant use of colour with lighting excelling within the cave. Gives a great atmosphere to the whole sequence.
